Cold Forged Coupler

Description
Cold Forged Couplers are used for rebar splicing with proven performance under compression, tension, cyclic, and fatigue loads. The rebar ends are enlarged by cold forging and then threaded, with the on-site process carried out by two machines. This couplers undergoes manufacturing and testing processes in strict accordance with go and no-go plug gauges.

Bar Preparation

• Cut the rebars to the desired length.

• Enlarge the rebar ends through cold forging.
