Rebar Cold Forging and Threading Services

Description
In order to use our Cold forged rebar couplers, rebars need to be forged and then threaded. Vedanta Solutions has large team of skilled and experienced machine operators to carry out rebar threading activity. We mobilize machines on project site to provide hassle free experience to the clients
 
The Rebar ends are processed on site as follows:

1. Cutting

2. Forging

3. Threading
    

Rebar splicing can be carried out in two ways:
 
Type A
Both the bars are threaded for half the length of the couplers. One of the rebar has to be rotated.
 
Type B
When rebars cannot be rotated this method is applicable. One bar is threaded for the
entire coupler length while the other is threaded for half the length of the couplers
